2.The writ petitioner seeks issuance of G Card in terms of Regulations 17(3) of CBLR 2013.

3.The petitioner has given a representation in this regard. The petitioner wants exemption from passing oral examination. It is the competent authority who has to consider the same. 4.Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the respondents to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
