2. It is seen from the records that pending Criminal Original Petition, this Court has not granted any stay.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case was committed to the Sessions Court and it was taken on file as S.C.No.168 of 2010 and now, it is pending before the Sessions Court, Pudukkottai and the trial of the case has also been commenced.
