O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation the case in Crime No.21 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent to CBCID Department in accordance with law.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed through E-filing No.49617 of 2023, dated 18.08.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
