This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent/Accused No.12 by this Court dated 28.03.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4940 of 2018 in respect of case in Crime No.85 of 2018. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent police would submit that during pendency of this cancellation petition, the law enforcing agency conducted investigation and filed charge sheet in PRC.No.32 of 2018 before the concerned Jurisdictional court and there is no question of cancelling the bail. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
