The petitioner herein, who is arrayed as sole accused in S.T.C.No.418 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.I), Madurai, Madurai District has filed this petition seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the above said case and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.418 of 2013, has already been disposed of and the petitioner was acquitted from the charges.

3. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
