The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.2 & 3 in P.R.C.No.52 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said P.R.C.No.52 of 2012.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) are present. Both of them made submission that after filing this application, the petition mentioned P.R.C.No.52 of 2012 has been committed to the Court of Sessions and the same was assigned with Spl.S.C.No.51 of 2013. Further, they added that as of now, the case has been disposed of and the petitioners are acquitted from the charges levelled against them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The submission made by both side counsels are recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
