This petition is filed to direct the respondents police to return back his Two Wheeler new Hero Honda Splendor Plus Motor Bike, Registration No.TN-58-AB-4295.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not seized the motor cycle and it was not in the custody of the respondents police.
