The petition for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate steps against the respondents 5 to 8 for the excommunication of the petitioner's family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 2/4

the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. The petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 8 on 15.09.2025. Without giving adequate time to the official respondents to consider the representation, the petitioner has chosen to file the writ petition on the next day itself. Such a writ petition cannot be entertained.

4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
