ORDER

Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Transport Corporations, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent. 2.The learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Corporations clarify that applications have been received from a number of bidders. It is specifically clarified that the evaluation process is yet to take place. Merely because the application of the sixth respondent has been found to be in order, that does not mean that the Corporation has endorsed the eligibility of the sixth respondent. According to the learned Standing Counsel the evaluation process is likely to be take place tomorrow (24.11.2023). As and when the decision is finalised, copy of the same shall be served on the writ petitioner. If the writ petitioner is still aggrieved, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court for relief. I make it clear that the contentions of both the parties and the stand of the sixth respondent are left open.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
