ORDER

The petitioner has sought to extend time for two weeks period for surrender before the District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of PCR Court, Theni District in Crime No. 301 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.867 of 2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.16803 of 2024 on 23.01.2025.

2. The first order was passed by this Court on 03.10.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner sought for an extension in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 867 of 2025, which was granted by order dated 23.01.2025. The present petition is the second extension petition filed after nearly 6 months. The petitioner has not made out any ground for extension of time. There is no valid reason as to why the order of this Court to surrender and seek has not been applied for almost a year. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant any extenstion as prayed for.
