The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, the investigation has been completed and an FIR has been registered in Crime No.321 of 2025 and that the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition become infructuous. 2/4
