ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Godown Manager in the cadre of Tahsildar seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent herein for passing final orders in the enquiry proceedings.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, enquiry has been completed and a report has been submitted to the first respondent for passing final orders.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders based upon the enquiry report submitted by the Special District Revenue Officer [Land Acquisition], Krishnagiri District. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
