ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to conduct and complete the investigation proceedings in summon dated .10.2024 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent police has not conducted proper investigation on his complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is also directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
