2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that after made compromise before the trial Court, the case in S.T.C.No.811 of 2013, has been disposed of.

3. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
