By relying on a joint patta No.1501, the petitioner had submitted an online application for a survey. On the ground that such application was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He points out that the joint patta has been issued to 74 persons. He also points out that the total extent in survey No. 252/1A1A is 49.87 ares and that the petitioner has purchased three cents from and out of the undivided share of 1.20 ares.
3. Considering the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, it is necessary for the petitioner to take steps to subdivide the property before seeking a survey. The petitioner should file an appropriate application for such purpose.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
