ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2024 and take appropriate action pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instruction, had placed on record a communication dated 30.10.2024 issued by the first respondent to the petitioner that necessary action shall be initiated by the petitioner himself permitting the Motor Vehicle Officer attached to his office for seizing the vehicle, as the same has been used in spite of cancellation of the permit.

3. In view of the said communication, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. However, there shall be a direction to bring the direction given by the first respondent in his communication dated 30.10.2024 to a logical conclusion within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
