PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.10211 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.10211 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.10211 of 2/4

2025 on 25.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners 2 and 3 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.10211 of 2025 on 25.07.2025 is modified to the effect that "the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders." As far as the second petitioner is concerned, ''the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."
