O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to include the Sections 447, 326, 354 and 307 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act along with Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.760 of 2013 pending investigation before the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case against the accused ended in acquittal.
