ORDER

This review application has been filed seeking to review the order, dated 14.11.2024, made in W.P.(MD)No.14884 of 2024.

2. This Court passed an order in W.P.(MD)No.14884 of 2024 on 14.11.2024, directing the petitioner to remove the unauthorized construction, if any, which was already made in the site, and thereafter the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's online application dated 11.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The said order was passed, recording the undertaking made by the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner / writ petitioner that he is ready to demolish the construction whatever has been put up by the petitioner without permission. Only on such submission, the said order has been passed.

3. However, now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unhappy about the undertaking made by his counsel before 2/5

this Court that the unauthorized construction, whatever which has been put up by the petitioner without permission would be removed.

4. Fairly applauding the petitioner's counsel, this Court advises the petitioner that he is not entitled to put up any construction in any site without appropriate permission and hence, he is unjustified in frowning upon his counsel.

5. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's online application dated 11.03.2024, after the petitioner removes the unauthorized construction, if any.
