2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No. 65 of 2022, the same was closed as "undetected".

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to give the closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition before appropriate Court.
