Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus as per the order passed by the 1st respondent vide Na.Ka.No.1411/Mines/2023 dated 15-04-2025 and disburse the amount for a sum Rs. 30,01,000/- which was deposited by the petitioner as caution deposit for lease period, directing the 4th and 5th respondents based on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2025 and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had already obtained an order in his favour at the hands of the first respondent. However, the amount in question is not being disbursed by the respondents 4 and 5. Some unacceptable reasons are put forth. The respondents 4 and 5 are directed to disburse the petition mentioned sum to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
