ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 &3 , who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 249 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 44kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and no previous cases are pending against the petitioners. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 44kgs of ganja. Investigation is pending. Hence, he opposes to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the rival submissions on either side and also considering the fact that the contraband involved in this case is a commercial quantity and though the contraband was not recovered from this petitioner investigation is not yet completed, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage.

7. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
