Respondents (R2 is suo motu impleaded vide order of this Court dated 24.09.2025) Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner college to permit the petitioner college to

fill up the lapsed government quota seats from the applications received from the students under Management Quota.

O R D E R

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. As per order of this order, the second respondent is suo motu impleaded as the second respondent, as he is the necessary party in this petition.

2. The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025 granting approval for non filled seats for 2025-2026 admissions under the Government quota to be converted to Management Quota.

3. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
