O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate and pursuant to the same further directions may be issued to the 1st respondent to grant Trade License for the petitioner to conduct the Salon and Spa Centre in the name and style of M/s. River Salon and Day Spa at Hotel Sona, 1st Floor No.75/E, Salai Road, Trichy by considering the petitioners representation dated 09.11.2023.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. He would submit that the request made by the petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate will be considered by the second respondent within a short time.

3.Let the second respondent dispose of the representation made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Depending upon the order to 2/4

be passed by the second respondent, the first respondent may pass orders accordingly.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
