Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 15.10.2024 in Crl.MP(MD).No.10222 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.11234 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD).No.10222 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11234 of 2022, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for a period of 5 weeks.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD).No.10222 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11234 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
