ORDER

Mr.V.S.Karthik, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation under Section 14B and 7Q of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, the respondent Organisation is directed to keep the 14B order under abeyance till the decision of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court. As far as the order under Section 7Q, dated 18.10.2023 is concerned, the 2/4

petitioner Society is permitted to remit the said amount to the respondent authorities in 6 equal monthly installments to be payable on 10th day of every month in English calendar and the first installment shall start from 10.12.2023. In case of default of any one of the installments, the respondents are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
