Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the learned the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal to expedite the trial in O.S.No.97 of 2022 pending on its file, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the first respondent / plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.97 of 2022 2/5
on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal seeking for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction and the same is pending for the past two years without any progress. He would further submit that the petitioner herein is a senior citizen and therefore, the said suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.97 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.97 of 2022, pending on his file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
