[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The issue raised in this writ appeal is no longer res integra in view of the fact that in a similar matter, the Division Bench dismissed the appeal filed by the Corporation in W.A.(MD)No.1270 of 2020 dated 15.06.2024 and the Special Leave Petition filed by the Corporation against the order of the Division Bench was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.In light of the above, this writ appeal stands dismissed.
