O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent Police for not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.10.2023. 2.It is represented that there is complaint against the petitioner and the same was enquired and closed for two times before the respondent police. In spite of the closure report, once again the respondent police making harassment to the petitioner. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking direction not to harass the petitioner. 3.In view of the above said facts and circumstances, since the respondent police already conducted enquiry and closed the complaint relating to the allegation made in the present complaint made by the third respondent, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
