ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2 and the learned Government Advocate for R3 & R4.

2. The petitioner is an ex-serviceman. He alleges that he is facing threat at the hands of his son namely 5th respondent. Senior Citizen Act calls upon the jurisdictional police to ensure safety of the senior citizens. The fourth respondent is directed to warn the private respondents to keep away from the petitioner and refrain from causing any threat to him. If the private respondents breach the said warning and commit any cognizable offence, FIR shall be registered against them and action shall be initiated as per law. 2/4

3. With this direction to the 4th respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
