(10th, 11th and 12th) mark sheets and certificates by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.08.2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner studied in the 7th respondent school. The petitioner completed his 10th standard in the 7th respondent School. He completed his 12th standard in the 8th respondent school. His date of birth was wrongly entered as 10.08.2006. The petitioner is now having the original birth certificate and his correct date of birth is 10.08.2005. The petitioner submitted representations to R7 & R8 and they have in turn sent appropriate communications to the third respondent. Copies of the same have been enclosed in the typed set of papers.
3. The third respondent is directed to issue a revised mark statement of the petitioner pertaining to his 10th standard, 11th standard and 12th standard by incorporating the petitioner's date of birth as 10.08.2005. This shall be done by the third respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
