When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent had placed on record the proceedings dated 23.09.2025, issued by the first respondent which would indicate that the representation of the petitioner which he now seeks to be considered, has already been disposed of.

2. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this writ petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, however, with liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 23.09.2025. No costs.
