2.It is submitted that the third respondent made a complaint to the second respondent making certain allegations regarding the money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. On the basis of the above said complaint enquiry was undertaken and the same was closed by the second respondent on 03.11.2023. The said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is Recorded. 3.In view of the completion of the enquiry, this Court directed the respondent not to harass the petitioner relating to the complaint made by the third respondent.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
