Spl.S.C.No.110 of 2022 on its fileas time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 to 3. According to the petitioners, false case has been foisted against them. They are now trying to get job and in view of the pendency of this case, they are unable to secure the job. In the said circumstances, they have filed this petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was posted for trial today.

4.In view of the said circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Trichy, to expedite the trial process in Spl.S.C.No.110 of 2022, complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
