This petition is filed to pass an order, directing the investigation in connection with the case in Crime No.414 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, to be withdrawn and transfer to any other investigating agency, more particularly the 3rd respondent and further direct the 3rd respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and also file the final report for the gravity of the offences a committed by the accused before the court concerned forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.257 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
