When the matter came up for hearing, it was informed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the report preceding the completion certificate has been prepared and forwarded to the Municipal Administration Department, which shall thereafter process the payment due to the petitioner. The said amount shall be disbursed in terms of the contract, within a period of five weeks from today. 2/4

3. Recording the said submissions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
