This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10712 of 2023, dated 16.06.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court does not find any merit in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
