ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the H.M.O.P.No. 214 of 2023 on the file of the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge at Madurai to the file of the Subordinate Judge at Palani (CAMP 1/4

Kodaikanal).

2.The facts in brief:

Marriage between the parties held on 18.11.2015. Out of the above said wedlock, they have blessed with a male child. Thereafter, due to the dispute arose between them the H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2023 has been filed by the respondent before the Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai. Since the petitioner is unable to travel such long distance to attend every hearing at Madurai, this petition has been filed. 3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel on either side agreed to transfer the matter to the Sub Court, Palani. Accordingly, the H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Palani.

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is 2/4
