O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complain lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner. Now, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties through mediation. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the Page No. 2 of 4

abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
