2. Mr. S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents 1, 4, 5 and 6 and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and they have no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondents have not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
