Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 13898 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.13898 of 2022, the respondents preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1926 of 2023 before this Court and the same was allowed by the Division Bench on 03.11.2023. The learned Standing Counsel also circulated the order passed by the Division Bench in the writ appeal. 3.In view of the order passed in writ appeal, nothing survives for further adjudication.
