ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Judge of Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District to dispose of the final decree petition in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.160 of 2012 within a period of time as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that eventhough the petition in I.A.No.3 of 2024 was filed on 24.11.2019, the same was rejected due to some defects and later it was represented. Now the same is pending before the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

3. In view of the oldness of the matter that the suit is of the year 2012, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, to dispose the petition in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.160 of 2012, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
