ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.271 of 2025, dated 20.06.2025, from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the investigation cannot be transferred at this stage. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, it is open to him to challenge the same, if so advised. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
