This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to grant permission and provide adequate protection to renovate the Kaliamman Temple situated in Survey no.185, Kullursanthai Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, in view of representation, dated 26.10.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that in respect of the issue of trusteeship over the temple O.S.No.64 of 2009 was disposed of by the learned District Munsif, Aruppukottai, in favour of this petitioner. Against which, now appeal has been filed by the fourth respondent in A.S.No.7 of 2017 before the Additional District Court, 3.In view of the submissions made by the fourth respondent's counsel, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to dispose of 2/4
the representation made by the petitioner immediately by rejection order. So that the parties can workout their remedy in the pending appeal.
