ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8566/2018/A3.
2. The petitioner has requested for cancellation of patta issued in the name of the respondents 2 and 3 and consequently, to issue patta in the name of the petitioner and his brother in terms of the report of the Tahsildar dated 29.11.2018. The petitioner's representation has been pending from 03.12.2012 and no order has been passed.
3. Considering the long passage of time, the first respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2012 after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, namely, the respondents 2 to 5, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
