ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.31 of 2022, dated 13.09.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent Police as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2022, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.401 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
