The above petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and (ii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 7 as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 7 in SA(MD)No.53 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and 7.

16103 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent was allowed on 26.02.2026, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers.
