ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation letter dated 20.11.2024 and remove the petty shops were situated at over the sewage water system / drainage line."

2. The case of the petitioner is that her representation dated 20.11.2024, seeking the removal of petty shops situated in front of her resort over the sewage water system, is still pending. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending from 20.11.2024, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
