ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, as per the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 19.10.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation made by the petitioner seeking police protection, enquiry is pending before the third respondent.

3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry by summoning both the parties and dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly this petition stands disposed of.
