This Criminal Original petition has been filed to to set aside the order dated 13 Sep'2011 made in Criminal Revision Case No.20 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Sessions Judge in Fast Track Court No.2, Thiruchirappalli and confirming the same the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5700 of 2010 in unnumbered C.C.of 2010 dated 18.01.2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Trichy.

2.Earlier, on 14.03.2018, when the matter was came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was absent and also there was no representation for the petitioner side. Therefore, this Court adjourned the case today under the caption " For Dismissal".

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent and also there is no representation for the petitioner side.
